Our mission is to engage in grassroots education and with the worst effects of extreme poverty in a remote village, Buturi, by introducing and integrating a series of self-sustaining programmes and by providing the tools for future sustainability, so encouraging and strengthening community life.
The Buturi School Twinning programme aims to empower UK youths to become active global citizens through workshops run in schools and colleges which encourage the students to come together to solve problems for real world issues. In doing so, they develop their team-work, communication, decision-making and problem solving abilities.
